From small cabin details to bodywork experiments. Every project here was designed, prototyped and fitted to a real first-generation Copen.

Interior CNC machined

A solid aluminium replacement for the original 5-speed shifter surround, developed for a more tactile and mechanical cabin feel.

Exterior 3D printed

Lightweight rear sill extensions that give the Copen a lower, more planted profile while remaining easy to finish in the car’s colour.

Exterior 3D printed

Compact front sill extensions designed to visually connect the nose of the Copen with the matching rear side skirts.

A hand-finished bumper insert that opens up the rear profile and gives the first-generation Copen a sharper, motorsport-inspired stance.

A matched pair of machined cabin floor plates that replace soft mats with a harder-edged, lightweight motorsport detail.

A compact machined footrest that brings the same black-anodised finish and perforated geometry to the driver’s footwell.

A lightweight extension for the original rear spoiler, adding a crisp trailing edge while keeping the Copen’s factory silhouette.
